Financial modeling is the key FP&A tool that is needed for business valuations, M&A or any other complex planning & forecasting scenario.

The importance of business valuation as a specialized skill is growing rapidly. More and more accountants and finance professionals are expected to hold expert knowledge in business valuations to support increased mergers and acquisitions activity.

This high-powered training program has been designed and developed for modern day accountants and finance professionals for qualitatively upgrading their financial modeling skills and ability to apply those skills to business valuation scenarios.

The programs comprises  of Eight workshops, each running from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. The workshops are usually scheduled on eight consecutive Saturdays or Sundays.

Day Two

Fundamentals of financial modeling

Building a 3-Statement Financial Model. Step-by-step course to learn to build a 3-statement financial model from scratch. 

Day Three

Financial modeling for business valuation


Performing Business Valuation Modeling. Learn to create a financial model to value a business based on Comps, Precedents, and a DCF analysis. 

Day Four

Financial modeling under uncertainty

Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis Modeling. Learn how to build advanced scenario & sensitivity analysis for FP&A, investment banking and equity research in financial models.

Day Five

Financial modeling for M&A valuations

Advanced financial modeling for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. 

Day Six

Leveraged buyout LBO modeling

 Learn to build a Leveraged Buyout (LBO) financial model from scratch.

Day Seven

Presentation & visual elements of financial models

Dashboards & Data Visualization. Learn how to build custom dashboards and great presentations with data visualization techniques.

Advanced Financial Modeling for Valuation Case Study.
